Gustav blamed for 22 deaths

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti, Aug. 27 (UPI) -- At least 22 people died in severe flooding and landslides triggered when Hurricane Gustav hit Haiti and the Dominican Republic, officials said Wednesday.
