Some rape charges against LI fashion designer dropped
BY ANN GIVENS | ann.givens@newsday.com Los Angeles prosecutors yesterday dismissed more than half the charges against Long Island-based fashion designer Anand Jon, an accused serial rapist who prosecutors say preyed upon aspiring models.
